Qualifications & Professional Credentials
Qualified and accredited professional with formal training in mediation, counselling, and investigation services. Mark holds a Diploma in Mediation, a Certificate in Counselling, and a Private Investigator qualification at NQF Level 3 (QCF). Also an Accredited Commercial Mediator.
Mark is a member of recognised professional bodies including the Institute of Counsellors and the Society of Mediators. He holds an active Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence (No. 1001634281395906) and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for data protection compliance (Registration No. ZB899110).

Our roots trace back to Conquers Transport, a pioneering road courier firm that revolutionized the delivery of critical insurance documents across London—from insurers to brokerages to Lloyd's. Over time, Conquers evolved into London’s first major haulage company and eventually a trusted counseling service for traffic and transport disputes.
Through decades of transformation, one guiding principle has remained constant: “standing up for the people and service.” This commitment reflects our belief that no challenge is insurmountable, even when faced with forces that have greater resources or influence.
